Creep properties:

doubles regeneration of aliens
multiples speed of humans stepping on it by CREEP_ARMOUR_MODIFIER (0.75) or CREEP_MODIFIER (0.5) depending on their armor. Those values are hard-coded in game (accompanied by a TODO: move to conf).
