This template will make the title of a page begin with a lowercase letter. It will also allow you to retain underscores in the title.
Usage
To make the title appear lowercase, just place the template some in the page's markup, preferably at the top.

To keep underscores in the title as well as making the initial letter lowercase, add the Underscores flag.
